导热硅胶片与导热硅脂这两个比较耐老化的话，导热硅胶片更耐老化。

导热硅胶片为高导热绝缘有机硅材料，起到发热部位与散热部位间的热传递，同时还起到缘、减震、密封等作用，能够满足设备小型化的设计要求。

目前常规使用的导热系数1.0~15.0W左右，因本身所含硅油较少，长时间使用不易挥发，不影响导热性能。

导热硅脂是以有机硅酮为主要原料，添加耐热、导热性能优异的材料，制成的导热型有机硅脂状复合物，导热硅脂是一种高导热缘有机硅材料。

目前常规使用的导热系数0.8~4.0W左右，含硅油较多，长期受热易挥发析出，导致硅脂硬化，导热效果急剧变差。

考虑耐用性、耐老化及导热效果的可以选择使用1743系列导热凝胶，凝膏泥状的导热材料，1.0~8.0W，综合的耐用性及导热性能都要比导热硅胶片及导热硅脂要好。当然也可以考虑相变导热片，低热阻，导热效果比硅脂和导热片要好，耐用性也远比导热硅脂要好得多。

Of course, phase change heat conducting sheet can also be considered. With low thermal resistance, the heat conducting effect is better than silicone grease and heat conducting sheet, and the durability is much better than that of silicone grease.
