外观为纯白色的普通导热硅脂,其导热胶成分主要是碳矽化合物也称为碳硅化合物,这种硅脂其导热胶分子的密度较小,分子之间链接松散,因而其导热性能不是很好。但其优点是制造成本低,市场价格便宜,还多半是缘的,不像其他含有金属成分的硅脂会导电。

一种含金导热硅脂,但不要以为是点金子哦,现在市场比较少见,另还有部分硅脂也是金色的,但里面不是含有金,只是称呼上称之而已。

还有一种是含银导热硅脂,就是在导热胶中加入了银化合物或银粉,利用银的强导热性来弥补碳矽化合物导热上的不足,这种导热硅脂外观为灰色。

tf8或者钻石膏,这两个导热系数足够,价合适消耗着也不心疼。钻石膏的性价比个人认为合理,因为它的衰减时间慢,比很多优质牙膏都好。再贵的其实意义不太大,实用性有点浪费。

TF8 or diamond paste, these two thermal conductivity are sufficient, the price is appropriate, and it doesn't hurt to consume them. I think the cost performance of diamond paste is reasonable, because its decay time is slow, which is better than many high-end toothpastes. No matter how expensive it is, it doesn't make much sense, and its practicability is a bit wasteful.
