外观为纯白色的普通导热硅脂，其导热胶成分主要是碳矽化合物也称为碳硅化合物，这种硅脂其导热胶分子的密度较小，分子之间链接松散，因而其导热性能不是很好。但其优点是制造成本低，市场价格便宜，还多半是缘的，不像其他含有金属成分的硅脂会导电。

一种含金导热硅脂，但不要以为是点金子哦，现在市场比较少见，另还有部分硅脂也是金色的，但里面不是含有金，只是称呼上称之而已。

还有一种是含银导热硅脂，就是在导热胶中加入了银化合物或银粉，利用银的强导热性来弥补碳矽化合物导热上的不足，这种导热硅脂外观为灰色。

tf8或者钻石膏，这两个导热系数足够，价合适消耗着也不心疼。钻石膏的性价比个人认为合理，因为它的衰减时间慢，比很多优质牙膏都好。再贵的其实意义不太大，实用性有点浪费。

TF8 or diamond paste, these two thermal conductivity are sufficient, the price is appropriate, and it doesn't hurt to consume them. I think the cost performance of diamond paste is reasonable, because its decay time is slow, which is better than many high-end toothpastes. No matter how expensive it is, it doesn't make much sense, and its practicability is a bit wasteful.
